Job Overview: We are looking for a Research Analyst specializing in Expert Onboarding .
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding industry experts for consulting engagements.
You will work closely with the operations and client management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain high standards of quality and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry experts across multiple sectors and geographies.
Evaluate expert profiles based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with specific project needs.
Reach out to potential experts via various communication channels (email, Linked In, etc.).
Conduct initial screening and interviews with potential experts to assess their suitability.
Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation and contract formalities.
Maintain accurate records of expert information, engagement statuses, and project requirements.
Ensure timely onboarding to meet client project deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project scopes and provide relevant expert suggestions.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify relevant experts.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using Linked In, databases, and other research tools to source professionals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience in recruitment, expert networks, or consulting industries is a plus.
