This role offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Will be work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring processResponsibilities- Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various platforms.- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.Qualifications- B.Tech/ B.Sc/BCA 2024/2025 pass out and MBA is preferred.- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
