At eCosmetix, we are committed to delivering excellence and scaling our clients' brands through reliable and flexible production.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our Saha location. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the organization's HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee onboarding experiences, planning and executing training programs, facilitating performance management, and ensuring employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with leadership to address workforce needs and maintain a positive company culture.QualificationsStrong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboardingProficiency in performance management, employee engagement strategies, and organizational developmentKnowledge of training and development, including planning and implementing skill-building programsFamiliarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to handle conflict resolution, employee relations, and foster a positive work environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)Previous HR management experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
