About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for our Koratty, Chalakkudy location. In this onsite role, you'll drive business development initiatives while overseeing daily office operations, helping JK Lucent expand its client base and maintain smooth office workflows.
Responsibilities
Business Development (Primary Focus)
Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads and clients.
Identify potential clients and opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive business growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a CRM system to track sales activities, leads, and client communications.
Research market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meet-ups.
Office Operations
Oversee daily office activities to ensure efficient workflows and a productive environment.
Coordinate with HR and Project Coordinator to support staffing, project assignments, and office needs.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management roles.
Proven experience in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to create and execute business development strategies.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable: Experience overseeing office operations and coordinating with HR and project coordination teams.
