Job Description 15+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with strong understanding of underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, and reinsurance. Proven track record in leading domain initiatives and driving value for large insurance clients. Experience in working with or implementing major P&C platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco , or proprietary systems. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks like ISO, ACORD, NAIC . Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle, regulatory requirements , and digital transformation trends. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to interact with C-level executives. Experience in Agile delivery models and working in global delivery environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (MBA or CPCU/LOMA certifications are a plus).
