Required Technical Skill Set• Deep knowledge of the Gen AI landscape and LLM models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) across both hyperscalers and open-source ecosystems; familiarity with Gen AI tools in the SDLC ecosystem, AI agents, agent orchestration, agent planning, continuous-learning agents, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Auto Gen, vector embeddings, knowledge graphs, vector DBs• Expertise in machine learning and deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Keras, scikit-learn, etc.)• Strong experience in architecting AI/ML and cloud architectures at enterprise scale• Hands-on experience in Python and ML-related programming• Expertise in model development, LLMOps, MLOps, and Data Ops pipelines• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and ethical AI practices, including model explainability and bias mitigationMust-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3–5)• Master’s or Ph D in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field• 9+ years of Master’s experience and 3+ years of Ph D experience handling AI/ML/Gen AI projects• Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills• Experience in architecting, programming, and debugging following well-architected frameworksGood-to-Have• Experience with multi-cloud platforms; ability to continuously evaluate emerging Gen AI technologies and industry trends, and guide technical decision-making and model optimization in production environments
