This role demands clinical expertise, emotional resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Key Responsibilities:ICU:- Monitor and manage patients with life-threatening conditions.- Administer medications, IV infusions, and ventilator support.- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Respond promptly to emergencies and perform CPR or other life-saving procedures.NICU:- Provide specialized care to premature or critically ill newborns.- Operate neonatal equipment (incubators, ventilators, monitors).- Support feeding (breastfeeding, tube feeding) and hygiene needs.- Educate and counsel parents on neonatal care and progress.- Monitor vital signs and developmental milestones.Qualifications:- B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.- Valid Nursing Council Registration (e.g., INC or State Council).- ICU/NICU training or certification preferred.- 3 years of experience in the ICU or NICU is requiredSkills & Competencies:- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making.- Proficiency in emergency response and critical care protocols.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle emotional situations.- Familiarity with hospital software and electronic health records (EHR).Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Shift allowances, overtime, and performance incentives.- Accommodation or transport support (if applicable).Job Location:-Bangalore(5 days WFO)
