Visit A fair aims to deliver a seamless end-to-end travel experience through advanced technology and a customer-first approach. The Travel Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the sales and operations teams by coordinating client requirements, managing travel bookings, and ensuring smooth execution of holiday, trade fair and business travel arrangements. This role bridges sales, customer service, and operations, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving business growth targets. Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and bookings in CRM systems. Support in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Client Service: Handle travel requests including flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and transfers. Provide accurate information about trade fairs, destinations, and travel requirements. Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers for reservations. Ensure all travel documents (tickets, vouchers, visa letters, etc.) Coordinate logistics for group travel, delegations, and special arrangements. Monitor bookings to avoid discrepancies and ensure quality service delivery. Maintain databases of clients, suppliers, and trade fair schedules. Graduate (preferably in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management). ~1–2 years of experience in travel sales, coordination, or customer service (trade fair/business travel/Leisure travel experience preferred). ~ Strong knowledge of international travel, fairs, and group booking processes. ~ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; Willingness to work flexible hours during peak travel seasons. A Travel Sales Coordinator can grow into roles such as Senior Sales Coordinator, Travel Sales Manager, or Client Relationship Manager , depending on performance and organizational needs.
