This internship offers hands-on experience in sustainable business and strategic marketing , with direct involvement in high-level projects that support Bluecat Paper’s growth.

About the Role We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Manager Intern to help us drive brand awareness, expand business partnerships , and manage key stakeholders.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with the founders and engage with high-level partners and clients , contributing directly to Bluecat Paper’s success.

You will gain valuable experience in marketing, business development, and stakeholder engagement while playing a key role in promoting eco-friendly innovations.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Bluecat Paper’s sustainable products.

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In.

Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content (blogs, newsletters, product descriptions) aligned with brand messaging.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, target markets, and growth opportunities.

Plan and support product launches and manage collaborations with influencers or partners.

Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.

Business Development & Stakeholder Management Identify and engage with key stakeholders (partners, distributors, and clients) to build long-term relationships.

Support the development of business partnerships to expand the company’s reach and market presence.

Represent Bluecat Paper in meetings with high-level stakeholders and potential partners.

Assist with sales strategy development to create new opportunities for growth and revenue generation.

Work closely with the founders to align business and marketing efforts with strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications Enrolled in or recently graduated from a premier institute (MBA/Marketing programs preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management .

Interest in business development, sales, and stakeholder management .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with partners and clients.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for business growth.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly products .
