Position: Head – Admissions Department: Admissions / Student Recruitment Reports To: Provost / Vice Chancellor / Senior Management

PPSU University Campus, Kosamba
Experience:
10–15+ years in University/ Higher Education Admissions Team Size: As per institutional requirements Role Overview: The Head – Admissions will be responsible for leading the University's overall admissions and student recruitment strategy for a student strength of 15,000+ students , with a demonstrated ability to achieve 5,000+ annual admissions . The role requires strong expertise in higher education admissions, lead generation, conversion, counselling, institutional partnerships, and data-driven admission management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the University's annual admissions strategy aligned with programme-wise and institutional enrolment targets. Own and drive the 5,000+ annual admission target , including lead generation, counselling, conversion, and enrolment. Lead the complete admissions funnel from enquiry → lead → application → counselling → offer → fee
