Location: India Role Overview: Genpact is looking for a MLOps Engineer with a strong background in deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure and Azure ML, as well as a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops principles. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure on Azure. Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with data scientists to transition models from development to production. Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate model training and deployment. Ensure high availability and reliability of ML services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments. Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in MLOps, Dev Ops, or related roles. Technical Skills: Mandatory: Proficiency in Azure cloud services and Azure ML. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates). Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English. Self-driven and assertive, capable of independent work. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment. Other Requirements: Experience in building ML platforms or infrastructure from scratch is a significant advantage. Familiarity with Databricks and big data processing is a plus. Adherence to security best practices and data governance policies.
