The company aims to bring across top-quality eBikes which would currently cost way more in the Indian market at an affordable price utilizing its local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities. Let's talk numbers We are currently the market leader in India across the e-bike category and are just on the verge of announcing our series C. Having grown from a team of 5 to 150+ across the globe, from a small garage to offices across 15 countries and clocking in INR 300+ Cr revenue in first three years of operations. We have raised series B from global investors. We think this is a great start to our exciting journey. Role overview: 1. Monitor Real-Time Operations: o Actively monitor and manage the entire supply chain and logistics flow through the Control Tower system. o Track and supervise shipment movements, inventory levels, and warehouse activities. 2. Coordinate Across Departments: o Work closely with production, logistics, sales, and customer support teams to ensure real-time visibility into the operational status. o Facilitate effective communication between departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize efficiency. 3. Risk Management & Issue Resolution: o Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks in the supply chain process. o Proactively address and resolve any operational issues to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal customer satisfaction. 4. Data Analysis & Reporting: o Collect and analyze key operational data, performance metrics, and trends from the Control Tower system. o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance and provide actionable insights for process improvement. 5. Continuous Improvement: o Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. o Collaborate with the operations team to implement innovative solutions for improved productivity and service quality. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.  5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.  Proficiency in Control Tower systems or related supply chain management tools.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Knowledge of electric vehicles or the automotive industry is a plus.
