Location: MumbaiExperience: Minimum 5 years in wealth/channel managementNotice Period / Gap: Up to 15 daysKey Responsibilities:Manage and grow a high-net-worth portfolio with a minimum book size of ₹20 croreSource clients via wealth channels—roles like ‘Privi RM’, ‘Burgundy RM’, ‘Wealth Manager’, ‘Imperia RM’, ‘Preferred RM’Offer full-spectrum wealth advisory including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, debt, and lending solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clientsCoordinate with internal teams (trading, research, product) for seamless service deliveryActively cross-sell across products to drive revenue and advisory impactKey Skills & Qualifications:Proven portfolio management with book ≥₹20 CR in HNI/UHNI domainBackground in wealth-channel sourcing and managing premium client segmentsStrong product knowledge: cash, derivatives, alternate investments, structured productsExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client orientationAbility to work in co-ordination with internal teams to fulfil client needsKPIs & Targets:Book growth—₹20 CR minimum with incremental AUMNew HNI/UHNI acquisition numbersCross-sell ratio across financial product suiteClient satisfaction and retention metrics
