About the Role:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital products and ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions, understand user behavior, and create personas, user journeys, and wireframes.
- Design visually compelling and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Implement usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure the feasibility of designs and alignment with company goals.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and focus on usability.
- Incorporate data analytics and A/B testing insights to optimize design solutions.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving design challenges.
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and processes to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and work independently when necessary.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies and experience using tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to make data-driven design decisions.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in product design, data visualization, or information architecture.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, or user testing tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
