About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Director.
The personal Assistant will be responsible for managing her schedule, communication, travel, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency in handling confidential information and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate with clients, students, business partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth time management and prioritize key engagements.
Communication & Coordination: Handle professional and personal correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages.
Act as a liaison between Director and internal/external contacts.
Draft and proofread official documents, reports, and presentations.
Event & Course Management: Assist in organizing workshops, training programs, and live events.
Manage coordination with students, institutions, and event organizers.
Keep records of ongoing projects, collaborations, and academic programs.
Travel & Logistics: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and scheduling events.
Ensure smooth logistics for seminars, speaking engagements, and conferences.
Social Media & Online Presence Support: Assist in managing Linked In updates, website content, and professional branding.
Liaise with marketing teams for course promotions and public engagements.
Administrative & Operational Support Maintain confidentiality while handling business documents, contracts, and reports.
Support in day-to-day operational tasks across Physioneeds Academy, E-Physioneeds, and Arunalaya Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab.
Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience as a PA/EA to a senior professional, entrepreneur, or healthcare specialist.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Strong interest in healthcare, education, and business management is an advantage.
