We believe high-performing campaigns start with strong visuals and engaging short-form content — and we’re looking for a talented creative to join our team About the Role We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer + Short-Form Video Editor who can design stunning visuals ????, craft scroll-stopping short videos ????, and leverage AI tools ???? to bring ideas to life. You’ll work closely with our marketing team and clients on: Agency creatives: ads, brand graphics, internal campaigns Client branding: logos, brand kits, social media posts Short-form content: reels, Tik Toks, You Tube Shorts AI-assisted visuals: using tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, V3, etc. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality static and motion graphics for social media & ads Design logos, branding materials, and ad creatives aligned with brand identity Edit short-form videos optimized for Reels, Shorts, and Tik Tok Collaborate with the marketing team on story-driven visual concepts Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, V3, Pika Labs, etc.) to enhance creative output Keep up with latest design & social media trends Deliver all tasks while working in the EST time zone Requirements ✅ 2–4 years of experience in graphic design & short-form video editing (agency experience preferred) ✅ Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent tools ✅ Experience creating logos, branding, and ad creatives ✅ Strong short-form video editing skills (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) ✅ Hands-on with AI design/video tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.) ✅ Excellent visual storytelling & typography sense ✅ Ability to collaborate and work during EST business hours Nice to Have ⭐ Experience with Canva Pro , Figma , or Cap Cut Pro ⭐ Knowledge of social media ad formats & best practices ⭐ Comfortable ideating or appearing on camera for video content What We Offer ✨ Competitive pay based on experience ✨ Work with international brands & creative projects ✨ Access to premium AI tools & creative software ✨ Growth-focused, fast-paced work culture ✨ Creative freedom to test, experiment, and innovate
