Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data tools, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage MIS reports and dashboards for the business development team.
  • Analyze data and trends to support strategic initiatives and drive business performance.
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced Excel and Tableau (preferred).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven experience in MIS/Data Analysis or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, automation).
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
