Experience- 3.8 years to 8 years We are seeking an experienced Power BI professional to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI development , data modeling , and SQL , along with experience leading BI initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models . Connect, transform, and integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, and APIs. Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user access within Power BI Service. Optimize and tune Power BI datasets, dataflows, and queries for performance and scalability. Lead data modeling and ETL processes using Power Query, DAX, and SQL. Establish best practices for data visualization, report design, and governance . Manage Power BI workspace administration, gateway configuration, and deployment pipelines. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall BI strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality and consistency. 4–8 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in Power BI development . ~ Strong expertise in DAX , Power Query (M) , and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) . ~ Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, query optimization, stored procedures). ~ Experience working with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake) is preferred. ~ Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines . ~ Hands-on experience in Power BI Service administration and Power BI Gateway configuration. ~ Exposure to tools like Tableau, SSRS, or SSAS is a plus. ~
