This senior-level role involves leading the design, implementation, and governance of cybersecurity architecture in compliance with frameworks such as SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC).The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, regulatory understanding, and enterprise-level experience in mission-critical environments such as public safety, defense, or large-scale infrastructure programs.Key Responsibilities:Design, define, and maintain secure enterprise architecture and reference models.Align cybersecurity initiatives with SAMA, NCA ECC, and ISO 27001 compliance standards.Ensure secure data flow, IAM, and system communication across critical infrastructure.Conduct threat modeling, design reviews, and security risk assessments.Collaborate with IT, SOC, Dev Ops, and vendor teams for secure delivery.Develop security blueprints for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.Provide leadership in tools and domains: SIEM, DLP, IAM, Endpoint, and Firewalls.Ensure continuous compliance and audit readiness with KSA cybersecurity regulations.Act as SME during audits, reviews, and incident response exercises.Requirements:Technical & Professional Skills:8–10 years in cybersecurity architecture (public sector or large-scale programs preferred).Proven experience within KSA cybersecurity programs.Strong expertise in:Frameworks: TOGAF, SABSA, Zero TrustStandards: SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, ISO 27001, NIST, COBITNetwork & Infrastructure Security (segmentation, encryption, firewalls)Cloud Security (Azure, AWS) and hybrid architecturesIncident Response & Cyber Risk ManagementPreferred Certifications:SABSA / TOGAF / Open CA – Enterprise ArchitectureCISSP / CISM / CCSP – Cybersecurity Architecture & GovernanceISO 27001 Lead Implementer / AuditorSAMA / NCA Certified Practitioner (preferred)ITIL v4 FoundationPersonal Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and documentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Leadership capability and ability to work independentlyWillingness to work onsite in Riyadh and liaise with regulatory entitiesImmediate availability preferredInterested candidates are encouraged to apply and be part of a mission-critical cybersecurity initiative in Saudi Arabia.#Cyber Security #Cyber Security Architect #PSAP #SAMA #NCA #Riyadh Jobs #Saudi Arabia Jobs #Information Security #Digital Safety #Emergency Services #Cyber Resilience #Enterprise Security #Critical Infrastructure #KSAJobs #CISSP #TOGAF #SABSA #Cyber Risk #SIEM #IAM #Security Architecture #ITJobs #Middle East Jobs #GCCJobs #Cyber Governance #NAZZTEC #Hiring Now #Immediate Joiners
