Role : SAP IS-Utilities IDEX
Technical Skill Set : SAP ISU Device/IDE/Meter works
Experience : 6+ Years
Location : Kolkata
Must-Have :
SAP ISU Devise/IDE/Meter works will :
Provide subject matter expertise and support for the ESB’s SAP System’s in the area of IDE, Device, Meter works and Workflow.
Provide end user support for the SAP ISU.
Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business.
Work on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required.
Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the SAP landscape.
Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development and testing of enhancements / modifications to the SAP solution.
Complete knowledge transfer for respective application area to other members of the ESB team.
Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME’s and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks.
Provide support and assistance for the ongoing roll out of SAP across the ESB Group.
Managing change request scoping to include:
Estimation and design – preparing functional specifications
Implementation – completing system configuration
Liaising closely with ABAP / Basis and Security teams during build phase
Preparing and managing all elements of testing (unit, system and integration)
