Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ui Path UIARD Certified Developer with a proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Ui Path. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in automation development, a strong understanding of RPA frameworks, and be able to contribute to automation strategies and implementations for our clients or internal business processes.
This role requires someone with a strong technical background in Ui Path, along with a solid understanding of process automation, and experience working with stakeholders to create impactful automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Ui Path (UIARD certified).
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather process requirements and define automation solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Implement best practices for RPA design, including reusable components and error handling.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing RPA processes.
Monitor bot performance, address issues promptly, and fine-tune automation solutions as needed.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for the automation processes, including process flows, code documentation, and user manuals.
Follow agile development methodologies to manage automation development projects.
Collaborate with other developers, UI/UX teams, and IT infrastructure teams to integrate bots with various systems.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment processes.
Stay updated on the latest Ui Path features and RPA best practices to continuously improve automation practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Certified Ui Path RPA Developer (UIARD).
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing RPA solutions using Ui Path Studio.
Strong proficiency in Ui Path Orchestrator for managing, deploying, and monitoring bots.
Experience with RPA design patterns, such as State Machines, Queues, and REFramework.
Strong understanding of VB. NET and/or C# for scripting and advanced automation scenarios.
Proficiency in using UI Automation and Data Manipulation techniques.
Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle) and web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP).
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Good understanding of automation best practices and development life cycle.
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing Ui Path workflows and automation processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based automation (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Knowledge of integrating Ui Path with AI/ML models or Cognitive services.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in working with Citrix Automation or Virtual Environments.
Understanding of Dev Ops practices for RPA.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Ui Path Certified RPA Developer (UIARD) certification is required.
