Position Overview: Quality Assurance AnalystASPIA Infotech is looking for a Tester with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) analysis, encompassing both manual and automated testing. As a Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cybersecurity products and services. You will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams to identify issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to enhancing our cybersecurity solutions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct both manual and automated testing of software and systems.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.Participate in test automation efforts and maintain automated test suites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and cybersecurity.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and testing methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case design, and test execution.Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG , or similar.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.Relevant certifications International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB ) is a plus.
