Key Deliverables:
- Manage early-stage engagement for new hires across 0–90 days
- Ensure smooth onboarding and address early life employee concerns
- Track employee progress and engagement metrics
- Drive early retention through timely interventions and support
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic check-ins with new employees and address feedback
- Act as a liaison between new hires and HR leadership
- Implement and communicate HR policies and practices effectively
- Collaborate with HRBP and Talent Development teams for retention initiatives
Job Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR with 2–4 years of relevant experience in a BPO or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
