Role Overview As a Business Development Intern at Muses, you’ll be immersed in every aspect of our business development process. You’ll take ownership of building and maintaining lead lists, working closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, and playing an active role in outreach. From researching potential clients to supporting ongoing communications and assisting in creating proposals, this role will equip you with the skills and experience needed to excel in BD. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and driven to grow with us. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Build strategic lead lists with detailed research and identify prospects aligned with our goals. Perform outreach to potential clients, using your ability to communicate and connect effectively. Track and analyze outreach efforts to refine our approach and maximize success. Proposal Drafting & Client Engagement Support the creation of tailored proposals and scopes of work that address client needs. Learn to identify client pain points and deliver clear solutions aligned with their objectives. Assist in drafting proposals, scopes, and other client-facing documents. Pipeline & Communication Management Help manage our pipeline, keeping CRM and tracking systems updated and detailed. Ensure seamless communication with prospects and within the BD team. Regularly participate in meetings to provide updates and gather insights for strategy improvements. Strategic Planning & Team Coordination Support the team in building and executing BD strategies, providing input based on your research and outreach results. Collaborate with our operational teams to ensure alignment and follow-through on client expectations and deadlines. What You Bring A natural affinity for sales and client engagement. Strong research skills and comfort with finding and analyzing client information. Eagerness to grow your business development skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A high standard for communication and consistency, with a knack for managing details. Self-motivation to take initiative and push for the best outcomes in every project.
