Job Title: UX Designer ( Lead / Manager / SM)
Job Location: - Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad
Role: -
o The UX team works ceaselessly to transform deep customer insights into delightful and innovative product experiences that drive business results and customer satisfaction. We are searching for a passionate and experienced User Experience Designer who can utilize their design and systems thinking to ensure that Axtria continues to lead through innovation. As a UX Designer, you will design simple, fluid, and pragmatic experiences for Axtria’s portfolio of GenAI products. This is an individual contributor role working with managers, data scientists and engineering globally.
o This role reports to the Director – Data Science, part of the global Data Science CoE organization.
Job Responsibilities: -
o Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, understanding user behaviors and motivations.
o Work iteratively to design, refine, and validate solutions. Using your design skills, you create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs and prototypes that communicate your design ideas.
o Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
o Graciously provide and incorporate meaningful feedback to improve your and the team’s design solutions and perspectives.
o Create to style standards on fonts, colors and components.
o Participate as a member of a UX project team, collaborating with UX peers and cross-functional teammates from product, insights & analytics, engineering, customer service, marketing, and QA.
o Partner with User Research to ensure that your design concepts meet our customer's expectations and will deliver the desired results.
o Produce documentation to ensure your designs are well understood by stakeholders and detailed enough for efficient development.
o Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies working with team members in the US as well as in India.
Skills: -
o Bachelor’s Degree required.
o Experience in a B2B SaaS or software company.
o Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability testing.
o 6+ years of experience on a product or user experience team (or equivalent experience).
o Create prototypes for new product ideas
o Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
o Need to be proficient in Figma.
o A track record of designing and delivering digital products; illustrated with a portfolio.
o Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
o Experience with several design approaches, methods, and tools that you can use to plan and estimate your project work.
o Team player and excellent communication skills.
o Good time-management skills.
Preferred Qualification: -
o Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
o Degree or formal training in design, HCI, or an equivalent.
o Experience working in an Agile environment, using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
o Experience with systems thinking and design (e.g., workflow/asset management systems, business intelligence systems).
o Demonstrated business acumen, including experience measuring and calibrating the impact of your work against key business and customer experience goals.
