This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data and adjust plans to meet KPI targets. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to incorporate constraints into scheduling. Use advanced scheduling tools like MES (Manufacturing Execution System), APS (Advanced Planning Systems), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Recommend and support automation and optimization of planning and scheduling processes. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical field. ~(Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.) Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows (Front-end/Back-end). Proficient in MES/ERP systems and production planning tools. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Experience in a wafer fab. Familiarity with scheduling algorithms or Python-based planning tools is a plus. experience in Primavera and Microsoft project (software); hands-on experience in project management or scheduling. DESIRED LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE: ~3–6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech production planning/scheduling.
