Role- Tanium Support Engineer Exp Range- 8+ years Joining Location- Hyderabad Mode of Work- Hybrid, 3 days in a week Shift Timing- 6 PM to 3 PM The Tanium Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting our Tanium endpoint management system, ensuring that patching and system updates are carried out efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with Tanium, and a solid understanding of patch management practices.

Key Responsibilities: Tanium Management: Ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve Tanium-related issues.

Patching: Oversee and execute patch management processes, including scheduling, testing, and deploying patches across the enterprise.

System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the Tanium platform.

Monitor and respond to system alerts and performance issues.

Technical Support: Provide tier-2/3 support for Tanium-related incidents and service requests.

Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Tanium configurations, processes, and procedures.

Create and update knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of patching and system updates.

Compliance: Ensure that all patching activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.

Technical Skills: Strong experience with Tanium or similar endpoint management platforms.

Solid understanding of patch management practices and tools.

Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux).
