As the Assistant Manager/ Manager of Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our sales processes, optimizing performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. ● Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve performance and efficiency across the sales team. ● Management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and utilizing analytics to drive insights. ● Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets, forecasts, and KPIs. ● Enhance existing sales processes and tools to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives. ● Develop and deliver training and resources to support the sales team’s skills and knowledge. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to align strategies and share insights. ● Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing ongoing support and feedback on performance metrics. ● Evaluate and improve sales reporting mechanisms to track performance against goa ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
