This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator , based in Delhi, India. The Office Administrator will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of office activities. Must have at least 1 year of prior office administration experience. Preferred: 1-3 years of experience . Please do not apply if you have more than 5 years of experience as we are only looking for an intermediate candidate, not an exceptionally expert one. This is an on-site position and therefore, you must be able to commute to office location (Keshav Puram, Delhi) on a daily basis. Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office operations. Strong skills in handling Office Equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow. Previous experience in an administrative role and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field are advantageous. Proficiency with common office software: like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). High school diploma: or a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. As our Office Admin you are expected to fulfill responsibilities like managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Must be able to handle wide variety of tasks to help the seniors get through the day to day chores. Must also have good computer operating knowledge. Must also know how to maintain sheets in Excel effectively. Office operations: Oversee day-to-day functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Handle tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for staff. Office management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, place orders as needed, and oversee office maintenance. Maintain and organize both physical and digital files and records. Financial tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking. Assist in organizing and executing company events, such as staff meetings and social gatherings.
