Quidich Innovation Labs is a global company headquartered in Mumbai, India that pioneers customized technology solutions for Sports Broadcast. Building on this thinking, we have created various technology tools over the past five years and deployed them at tournaments such as the Indian Premier League, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, ICC Women’s and Men’s World Cup, and Men's FIH Hockey World Cup, to name a few. Role A 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and renderings to bring the required concepts to life. They will play a crucial role in visualizing project ideas before they are delivered, working closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure that all visual representations align with the project's vision and goals. Responsibilities Creation of Storyboards in 3D : Creating visual representations of scripts or concepts in the form of detailed storyboards in 3D that will serve as the blueprint for the project. Refine assets that are in existence : Improving, polishing, or enhancing pre-existing 3D models, textures, animations, or any other assets used in a project. Adding more detail, or adjusting materials to make the asset look more realistic or stylized, depending on the artistic direction of the project. Create animation to explain design intent : Producing visual sequences / representation that help communicate the core purpose or function of a design more effectively than static images or drawings. Required Skills and Competencies Education: Degree in Animation/certifications in 3D design, architectural visualization, or similar fields. Hands-on experience in having worked as a designer/animator is essential. Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing, storyboarding, collaborating with internal stakeholders, sensitivity to form and colors, extensive 3D modeling skills, great composition skills, attention to detailing. Proven experience in Animation and UI designing. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Adobe suite, Substance painter, 3D modeling tool (Rhino/ Maya/ 3DS Max), Unreal Engine. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical and operational challenges effectively.
