Title: Senior Java Backend Engineer  Job Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday - WFH) We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot to architect and build scalable backend systems. This role involves designing high - performance architectures , mentoring team members, and leading technical decisions for scalable and cloud - native applications . Architect, design, and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot . Lead asynchronous programming , multithreading , and concurrency solutions for high-performance applications. Design and optimize database schemas using MySQL and NoSQL databases ( DynamoDB preferred). Define API contracts and ensure robust RESTful API design and implementation. Guide cloud deployments and infrastructure on AWS ( EC2 , S3 , Lambda , DynamoDB , etc.). Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices. 4+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development. ~ Strong experience in asynchronous programming , threading , and concurrency . ~ Expertise with MySQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB preferred). ~ Deep understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS ). ~ Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, containerization ( Docker / Kubernetes ), and CI/CD pipelines. ~ Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and scalable system design . ~ Proven experience in architecting large-scale, high-availability systems.
