Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute operational strategies for all F&B outlets to meet guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends to maintain competitiveness and ensure innovation in menus, service styles, and guest offerings.
Collaborate with senior management to align F&B operations with the hotel's overall objectives.
2. Operational Excellence:
Supervise daily operations across all F&B venues, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and service teams to uphold consistency and quality.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost controls to optimize operational efficiency.
3. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards through continuous training.
4. Guest Experience:
Uphold The Leela's luxury standards by ensuring exceptional guest experiences in all F&B outlets.
Address guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Curate personalized and innovative dining experiences for high-profile and repeat guests.
5. Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage the F&B budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for revenue generation and cost optimization.
Drive promotions and events to boost outlet revenue and guest engagement.
6. Compliance and Standards:
Ensure adherence to The Leela’s luxury brand guidelines, service protocols, and quality benchmarks.
Maintain compliance with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
Regularly audit operations to ensure consistency and service excellence.
7. Event Management:
Oversee banquet operations, coordinating with the events team to deliver memorable experiences for corporate and social events.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute F&B promotions and packages.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and guests.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
In-depth knowledge of global F&B trends, luxury dining standards, and operational best practices.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to personalize services for a luxury clientele.
Proficiency in restaurant management systems and POS software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
