Position Overview
Dream Zone, India’s largest competency development network for creative design, is seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Vice President to lead its mission of building the world’s largest competence-building network for creative designers. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in brand-building, business development, and team management, who can expand Dream Zone’s Pan-India presence through innovative partnerships and franchise models.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Dream Zone’s vision of becoming the global leader in creative education for fashion design, interior design, graphic design, and UI/UX design.
Team Building & Management : Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple centres, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve organizational goals.
Business Development: Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and expanding Dream Zone’s reach into high growth and untapped markets.
Pan-India Network Expansion : Establish and grow a robust network of franchises across India to increase Dream Zone’s footprint.
Profit & Loss Responsibility : Drive revenue and business growth Pan-India, ensuring profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality in training and operations.
Corporate Brand Identity:  Drive standardization in brand identity across all existing and new Dream Zone franchises to ensure world-class customer experience.
Industry Engagement : Leverage existing and build new strong industry connections to enhance Dream Zone’s reputation, create collaboration opportunities, and attract top talent.
Travel : Enjoy travelling extensively across India to oversee centres, meet stakeholders, and drive expansion initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
7+years’ experience with proven track record in brand-building and business development within the creative industry (fashion, interior design, graphic design, or UI/UX).
Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
Demonstrated success in establishing partnerships or franchise networks at a national level.
Expertise in managing P&L responsibilities effectively.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu preferred.
Strong understanding of creative education trends and market dynamics.
