If you aspire to be a creative Architect at a renowned and internationally recognized sustainable Architecture firm that includes designing, detailing and 3d illustrative presentation, we would love you to become a member of our team As a committed Architect, your involvement will be right from the conceptualization of design in guidance with the Sr or Principal Architect and also work hand-in-hand with our Site engineer to develop objectives, determine phases and elements of design, and prepare and distribute timelines for fulfillment. Shaping and managing all aspects of the project in consultation with Principal Architects. If you want to be actively involved in some of the landmark projects which are unique in Architectural, Structural and Sustainable designs then you should consider applying for the personnel interview. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to produce clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Preparation a drawing schedule of the assigned project using the standard template. Utilize knowledge of Architecture, engineering and materials in order to create ideal design and detailing based on the guidance of Sr Architect. Creation of required drawings/ detailing in accordance to the schedule/ stage of the project. Coordinate with the site engineer and to ensure quality of work in terms of design concepts are achieved and adherence to standards practices. Bachelor's degree in architecture ~0-2 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design, 3D design and Rendering, Construction. ~ Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills ~ Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Rendering Software, Photoshop etc. Architecture and Planning Full-time
