Job Title: Non-IT RecruiterExperience: 1 to 2 YearsLocation: Pune Koregaon ParkEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Recruitment/StaffingPreferred Background: Staffing Agency / Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering / LogisticsJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in a staffing agency or in handling non-IT mandates such as roles in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, logistics, or support functions (e.g., sales, accounts, HR, procurement). The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills with a passion for closing positions efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various industries (Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, etc.)- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking- Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage the candidate pipeline- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards- Prepare and share regular reports and dashboards on recruitment statusRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Education: MBA (HR), BBA, BE, or BTech in any discipline- 1 to 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably from a staffing or consulting background)- Exposure to domains like manufacturing, automotive, engineering, logistics, or industrial hiring will be an added advantage- Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle multiple mandates under tight deadlines- Proficiency in MS Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS)What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with reputed clients across industries- Dynamic and supportive work environment- Growth and learning opportunities in a fast-paced setup
