Job Title: Group Head FabricationLocation: PuneDivision – EnviroExperience – 12-15 yrsKey Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units.- Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements.- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely project completion.- Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments for seamless execution.- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.).- Drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices.- Plan manpower, machine loading, and material availability effectively.- Identify skill gaps and mentor the fabrication team for performance enhancement.- Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure audit readiness.- Manage subcontracting activities and vendor performance, if applicable.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication (as relevant).- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.- Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
