We are manufacturer of widest range of Wood Pressed Oils. We sell through various channels like Ecommerce, Shops, Modern Trade, Resellers and Export oils to middle eastern markets.
About the Role:
As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by managing various HR functions. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, Salary Processing, Compliance for Head Office as well as Virar Plant employees, employee relations, and HR administration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, Conduct background checks and reference checks and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Employee Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
Prepare and manage employee contracts, offer letters, compensation packages and other legal document.
- Payroll Processing:
Process timely and accurate payroll
- Performance Management:
Assist in Performance Review processes
Identify training and development needs
- Attendance Management:
Track employee attendance and leave records
Implement and monitor attendance policies
- Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations including Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other relevant regulations. (Co-ordinate with consultant for PF and ESIC)
- Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and resolve disputes
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Employee Engagement:
Organize and participate in employee engagement activities
Promote a strong company culture
Required Skills and Qualification:
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding or experience in zoho payroll system would be added advantage
