I am looking for strong driven customer relationship strategies for our Cochin Office, India. You will responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role involves managing CRM platforms, analysing customer data, and creating targeted campaigns to enhance customer experiences and meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
·        Develop and execute the CRM strategy to support business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
·        Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM tools and platforms.
·        Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors.
·        Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
·        Design workflows for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention strategies.
·        Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business strategies.
·        Train and support team members in using CRM tools and processes effectively.
·        Liaise with external vendors or agencies for CRM platform support and enhancements.
·        Define and track KPIs related to customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
·        Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
·        Proven 3 or more experience in CRM management, customer engagement, or a similar role.
·        Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
·        Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
·        Proficiency in email marketing tools, automation systems, and reporting software.
·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
·        Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
