As Sr HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will: Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliability Work with HR & IT teams to ensure identify systems requirements for HR systems Develop & maintain systems interfaces as required between HR systems and the other components of the Enterprise IT landscape Troubleshoot HR systems technical issues Advise on data structure and integrity Provide technical support to colleagues in the HR team. Must-Have Experience: ~4-6+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems etc. ~ Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirements ~ Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems ~ In depth experience configuring HR systems ~ Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries. 4-6+ years' experience of Ceridian / Dayforce. ~ Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce. ~ HR Systems Integration ~ Experience of API integrations ~ Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
