The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of test case design, database validation, and end-to-end testing processes.Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive functional and regression testing for Salesforce/CRM applications.- Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and ensure full test coverage.- Conduct database testing using SQL to validate data integrity and backend processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, log, and track defects throughout the defect life cycle.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables.- Provide clear testing reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Required Skills- Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing (5–8 years).- Solid understanding of Salesforce/CRM systems.- Expertise in SQL for database validation and testing.- Proficient in test case creation, execution, and analysis.- Familiarity with API testing tools and Defect Management systems.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps (basic knowledge).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good-to-Have Skills- Basic Automation Testing knowledge (Selenium/C#).- Healthcare domain experience.-
