With our Researcher-Driven AI, we’ve condensed the entire quant + qual research process from weeks into days (sometimes hours) for 50+ enterprise brands — including Amazon, T-Mobile, Mars, NASCAR, and more. From survey generation to stakeholder-ready reports, our platform is redefining how insights teams operate — and we need your help to push the limits of what’s possible. The Knit Survey Programmer's purpose is to ensure efficient and accurate study programming of all Knit surveys to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is critical to our business because it provides a smooth, high-quality customer experience. Review customers’ study designs and formulate recommendations to optimize questionnaires for successful programming and data outputs. Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free surveys Ensure completion of survey programming by established deadlines and/or notifying teams with alternate plans when necessary Identify and implement innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to programming challenges when needed graphic, multimedia and specialty survey components when needed Provide technical support and guidance on survey programming best practices Coordinate with Research and Customer Success team members to ensure successful survey fielding and project completion Accurately and efficiently clean raw data in CSV exports for seamless uploading into Knit The Survey Programming team is measured on the following metrics… ~100% of programming errors caught before soft launch ~100% of projects are optimized for display and for analysis in Knit once we hit go in soft launch (e.g. question type, filters/cuts, HVs, etc.) ~% Required Skills & Experiences Fluent in written and verbal English Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with Knit’s US-based customers via email (occasionally, via Zoom calls) Experience in a client-facing role Expert proficiency (6+ years) in survey programming software platforms, specifically Qualtrics. The candidate must be comfortable creating surveys with complex question types, survey flow logic, display and skip logic, embedded variables, and basic JavaScript. Knowledge and experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS At least 3+ years of experience in Market Research (ideally having previous experience with large market research companies such as IPSOS, Kantar, Nielsen, Gartner, etc.) Ability to program surveys quickly and efficiently, with the ability to meet quick deadlines Bonus: Experience fielding online surveys using Cint (Lucid), InnovateMR, Prodege, etc. Upon joining the Knit team, you will receive a competitive salary, Healthcare Coverage, a company-issued laptop, contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), holiday time-off, and more
