Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto CAD Designer with expertise in creating building drawings and a strong understanding of Development Control Regulations. We are seeking a skilled Auto CAD Designer with a strong understanding of Development Control Regulations (DCR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate building drawings while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 2 D and 3 D building drawings using Auto CAD concepts like Layers, Blocks, Model and paper Spaces, Viewports, Plotting etc., ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with Teammates Revise drawings based on feedback requirements Prepare and maintain a comprehensive set of drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Auto CAD software advancements. Requirements: Proven experience as an Auto CAD designer. Should have knowledge on different types of civil construction projects. Should have in depth knowledge on representation of different construction entities (site plan, plot, tenements, ramps, staircases etc)Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field A minimum of 2 years' experience is necessary for this position Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Auto CAD or related design software. Experience with BIM software (e. G., Revit)Familiarity with local Development Control Regulations Additional Information Compensation: 3.6 LPAWork Location: Hyderabad, India Work Arrangement: Work from office Work Schedule: Daily work timings of 09:00 to 18:30 IST. 6-day work
