Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in data validation, UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in verifying large datasets, analyzing data flows, and ensuring accuracy in aggregation processes, while also being proficient in testing web applications and APIs.Key Responsibilities:- Perform data validation and analysis, including verifying data integrity, transformations, and aggregations across systems.- Conduct UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system functionality and performance meet business requirements.- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans across multiple platforms and environments.- Identify, document, and track defects/issues to closure using defect tracking tools.- Ensure test coverage for new features, enhancements, and system integrations.- Contribute to test automation efforts where applicable, improving efficiency and coverage.- Provide clear and detailed test results and communicate quality risks to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience- Proven experience in data validation, data analysis, and aggregation testing.- Strong understanding of UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.- Hands-on experience with SQL (for data validation and queries).- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured).- Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
