Job Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveLocation: NoidaWork Mode: On-siteExperience Required: 1–3 years (or as per your requirement)Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales.- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.- Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM software.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, products, and service features.- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience in inside sales/telecalling/lead generation.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Additional Details:- Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)- Time: 9:30 - 6:00 PM- Salary Range: Up-to 5 LPAShare your cv to
