The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing various HR management functions, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Qualifications- HR Management and HR Operations skills- Employee Relations experience- Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
