As a Sales Associate, you will support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining store aesthetics, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about the products.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by the Boutique Manager.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Store Operations:
Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining cleanliness and product displays.
Assist in stock management, including inventory control and restocking shelves as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Boutique Manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with product features, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Attend product training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance team performance.
Sales Reporting:
Accurately process transactions and maintain records of daily sales.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
3-8 years of experience in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Any graduate degree is preferred.
Knowledge of luxury fashion or retail brands is a plus
