1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and courteously.

2. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.

3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction goals.

4. Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.

5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to maintain accurate customer profiles.

6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather feedback and insights from customers to improve overall customer satisfaction.

7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
