We are Hiring for JAVA Technical Lead
Experience - 7-10 Yrs.
Job Location - Gandhinagar
Must Have Skills - JAVA, Spring boot, Hibernate, JPA, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Good to Have Skills - Angular, React is a plus. AWS/Azure cloud & CI/CD pipeline, Communication & leadership
Required Skills -
Candidate must have 8 + Years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices with Java, Spring Boot
Good understanding of Core Java, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful web services and API development.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
Proficiency with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Should possess application development experience in Java 8& above, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Java Framework following industry recognized software development life cycle
Hands-on experience using Git source control tool
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders & Good analytical and debugging skills
Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
Knowledge/experience in multithreaded programming and design patterns is desired
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
