We’re hashtag#Hiring : Director- Digital Manufacturing IT role for a leading MNC , Hyderabad.EXP: 10+ YRS- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital manufacturing IT strategy aligned with business and regulatory goals.- Lead implementation and lifecycle management of CMMS (Maximo), MES (Rockwell Pharma Suite with Tracelink serialization), and shop floor integration systems.- Drive real-time data flow, automation, and connectivity between manufacturing and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, QMS).- Champion predictive maintenance, real-time equipment monitoring, and automated workflows through integrated CMMS–MES solutions.- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ISO, and other regulatory standards, including validation and audit readiness.- Promote data integrity, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing IT systems.- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT and automation team focused on innovation and accountability.- Collaborate with leadership, clients, auditors, and technology partners to deliver impactful digital initiatives.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.- 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing IT, ideally within the pharma or life sciences CDMO sector.- Proven expertise in CMMS, MES (with serialization), and shop floor system integration.- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and digital transformation practices.- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.- Experience with Industry 4.0, Io T, and analytics in regulated manufacturing environments.- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and QMS system integrations.- Proven success driving operational excellence and efficiency through digital initiatives.#mes #osi #rockwellpharmasuite #shopfloor #pharma #industry4.0 #iot #plc #hmi #dcs #l2integration #teamleadershipKindly revert if interested to this email ID:
