As a Performance Marketing Expert, you'll lead our PPC advertising efforts across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Schedule: Monday to Friday , with a 35-hour work week. Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute PPC advertising strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to achieve client objectives and KPIs. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition, and make data-driven optimizations to improve results. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all digital channels. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC advertising to inform campaign strategies and tactics. Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, demonstrating the impact of PPC campaigns on their business goals. Test and experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and delivering measurable results for clients. In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to track and report on campaign performance. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve campaign effectiveness. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interface with clients.
